Cork Curtain

I have been saving corks for over 40 years.  I decided it was time to use them.  I was inspired by the cork furniture designed by Gabriel Wiese at the Gallery of Functional Art in Santa Monica, California.  Some of his creations use 15,000 corks.  This "Cork Curtain" uses about 680 corks.  The "Curtain" has

become a memory piece seeing the variety of wine that my husband and I have drunk over the years.
